The fries were only half cooked.
The brisket sandwich was a greased soaked mess. I could have dealt with the grease if the brisket had great flavor... but did it?
No.
It didn't taste any better than cheap chuck roast sliced up and slapped on a bun.
It's a real shame too because the atmosphere, wait staff and ascetics are great.
If only the food held up this would have been my new favorite spot, however, It takes a lot more than just cooking with a smoker to be BBQ.
